The air ambulance division:

A continuously high level of hygiene in all aspects of our work is mandatory for the safety of patients, relatives and personnel, and therefore a certified hygiene nurse from Aalborg University Hospital together with our own CAA certified quality manager, continuously monitor the department.

Disposable equipment is widely used where possible even though a more expensive choice. This to ensure the highest level of patient safety. Where disposability is not possible, the medical equipment is disinfected by an approved liquid before repacked in the standard setup containers.

The ambulance aircraft cabin is disinfected when returned to base after each mission - if needed North Flying has speciel equipment for extended deep cleaning to asure an absolute clean aircraft for the coming medical flight!
